at first sighting, there were approx 7 lights (similar to car headlights or brighter/larger) traveling toward my location and upon being closer to me they appeared to be flying birds. Upon googling this I was presented with the idea that birds (especially owls) can retain some chemical from barns that make them glow. However, these bird-like lights remained and retained the same brightness throughout the several minutes of observing them.

NO - just traveled normally at a sustained speed

During this period of time (within a couple months), I had a dream that was most unusual compared to much of my research of my own dreams. I was awaken (startled) and as I became conscious found myself pointing my finger at a humanoid vision until I felt safe again. The humanoid did not attack or seem aggressive other than moving quickly through my porch door into my living room (but did not confront me face-to-face). So I felt only defensive due to the feeling that someone was violating my space. Very interesting, and reason for me to feel this was not a normal dream, was that the humanoid was covered head-to-toe in a black leotard with those diodes that are used for medically recording body responses (these 1-2 inch round objects were white). Having studied my dreams, I was certain that this dream was not of my own creation. For a month following this experience, and just prior to falling asleep every night, I chanted "no external entity is allowed to enter my dreams that is not generated from my own mind", with the hope that this would not happen again.
